Q. Where can I engage in free speech activity?
A. Generally, all types of expression are constitutionally protected in traditional “public forums” such as streets, sidewalks and parks. In addition, your speech activity may be permitted to take place at other public locations which the government has opened up to similar speech activities, such as the plazas in front of government buildings.

The footage was shot at a free Tibet peaceful assembly in New York on the 14th of March.
The officers:
“Serano” – Badge #10894
“Delgado”, “Serano” have horribly assaulted peoples rights. This is disgusting.
“Serano” is caught threatening to kill two protesters as the cameraman passes. He later admits to the threat.
People are beat with batons for walking the streets.. Its nice to know that in America you will be beat and verbally assaulted for peacefully protesting.
Please blog and report this video. Use the officers name and badge number so that people know what these men are doing.
